I have been neglecting my music since I started school. I am two classes away from completing my certification process which means there will be one more musician that actually knows how to manage their own money. My day job is very exciting,because my boss always keeps me on my toes. The studio session did not happen in Chicago because of the logistics. I wish that I could find musicians that were not only great,but those that were able to keep their word. It is difficult to find that combination. I saw a great female,Japanese keyboard player at the Cotton Club. I will definitely hire her. I recently saw Eartha Kitt at BB Kings. She was great! She has amazing legs for a woman that is in her 70s I believe.I will organize the session in Chicago again and hope that the musicians keep their words this time. It is a bit frustrating, but I know timing is everything. So, I continue to stay very active. I have not heard anything regarding the film. I have tried contacting the director and he only responded once. I just have to keep moving forward.
